Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the subscription has not been significantly used. Partial usage may reduce the refundable amount at the discretion of the Crafex support team.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction date.
• The subscription has not been extensively used beyond reasonable evaluation.

• Refund approval is subject to verification by the Crafex support team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

• Subscriptions that have been significantly consumed or exhausted.
• Renewal charges where the service was actively used during the renewal period.
• Requests submitted more than 24 hours after the transaction.
• Add-on services or one-time purchases that were fully delivered.
